GROUP NAME / RESEARCH INTEREST IN FEW WORDS:
Ecotoxicology Lab / Establish a zebrafish species as our ecotoxicological model
SHORT SUMMARY OF RESEARCH INTEREST (MAX. 200 WORDS):
We introduce novel approaches to understand toxicological mechanisms of aquatic contaminants due we recently acquired a zebrafish husbandry system to establish a zebrafish species as our ecotoxicological model. Also our colleagues are developing projects with metagenomic approach of gut microbiota in the zebrafish and CRISPER/Cas9 edition to understand myostatin role.
