IV Latin American Zebrafish Network Course and Symposium     

December 5-10th in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

The next LAZEN Course will be held at Porto Alegre, Brasil at Pontifica Universidade do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS www.pucrs.br) from December 5th to 9th. Young investigators will be selected to participate in this advanced and practical training based on the potential application of the new learned skills.

The International Symposium will be open to undergraduate and graduate students, professionals and investigators of all fields. The program includes lectures and round-tables to foster interaction and practical discussions on the use of zebrafish in several fields. The main topics include: Gene edition with CRISPR/Cas9, Developmental Biology, Toxicology, Behavior, Models of Human Disease and practical aspects of zebrafish maintenance and regulation.
