The following information is for people that will come from abroad.

You should fly to Mexico City. Once you arrive to Mexico City at the airport you will find cash machines from different banks. I recommend you to use a debit card and to get some Mexican pesos. The exchange rat is more or less $18.5 pesos for $1usd. You will have to pay the bus to get to Cuernavaca. The cost is about $15usd that in Mexican pesos is $270 one-way. I do not recommend taking a taxi from the airport to go to Cuernavaca unless you want to pay a lot of money! But that is up to you. If you decide to use a taxi service, perhaps because you arrive very late and no bus service is available, use official taxi services located in stands inside the airport, don’t ask for taxis to people outside the airport.

There are two different airport terminals located near each other. In each terminal entrance there is a bus line service called “Pullman de Morelos” (http://pullman.mx/ ) that goes directly from the airport to Cuernavaca. The bus service is called “Ejecutivo Dorado”. You should take the bus that goes to the “Cuernavaca Casino” station. There is another terminal in Cuernavaca “Centro” station, but I do not recommend that one. The last bus departs from the airport at 00:30 and the earliest bus departs at 04:00, according with the information from the website.

In Cuernavaca you can take a taxi to your hotel. The taxi will cost about $60 Mexican pesos but the price can go up after 8pm.
